In 2018, Nuestras Raices' Board of Directors created their LGBTQ+ affinity group as a way of promoting awareness and inclusion of Latinx Delawareans who also identify as LGBTQ+. LGBTQ Pride Month is celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. Join Delaware in supporting relief and arts healing initiatives for our kids and youth of our LGBTQ families.
