What We Do
COMMUNITY IMPACT
Our volunteers are dedicated and established professionals who dedicate their time for free to serve the community in the following areas:

Provide education on cultural inclusion of Hispanics/LatinX to individuals, schools, organizations, businesses, and government agencies.

Establish partnerships that provide resources and will benefit the community of which equity gaps exist to ensure the resurgence es reach the entire community.

Provide leadership development programs and network opportunities through Delaware's 1st Emerging/Executive Hispanic Leadership Development Program (ELDP).

Serve on local and state commissions, boards to ensure Hispanics are always represented.

Advocate for legislative impact and policy with local, state, and national government officials and leaders.

Give back to the community by volunteering and or sponsoring programs or projects I'm the arts, youth, and humanitarian missions.

Serve as ambassadors, speakers, and keynotes at special events as needed.

COMUNNUNTY GIVING - 100% OF OUR REVENUE FROM GRANTS AND COMMUNITIES IS GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY. WE HOST AND SPONSOR INITIATIVES WITHIN THE CUTURAL ARTS AND HISPANIC PROGRAM HAPPING THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
